Role of Administrative Staff

Administrative staff members contribute to the effective functioning of the firm by facilitating workflow, maintaining organizational systems, and supporting attorneys in the delivery of high-quality legal services. Responsibilities may vary based on role and experience but generally include administrative coordination, document management, client intake and correspondence, scheduling and calendar management, billing and invoicing support, docketing and deadline tracking, and general office and operational support. Attention to accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality is essential in all aspects of the role.

While prior experience within a law firm, intellectual property practice, or professional services environment is preferred, it is not required for all positions.
