Areas of Exposure
Law students at Franco’s Law may gain exposure to a range of intellectual property matters, which may include:
Trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement matters;
Copyright registration, licensing, and digital content issues;
Patent-related research and patent-adjacent advisory work;
Intellectual property litigation, including TTAB proceedings;
Technology, licensing, and intellectual property transactions;
Research and writing on domestic and international intellectual property issues.
Assignments are structured to provide students with substantive, skills-based experience while reinforcing professional responsibility and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Candidates should be law students currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent graduates awaiting bar admission. Strong legal research and writing skills, professionalism, and a demonstrated interest in intellectual property law are required.
Prior coursework or experience in intellectual property, technology, business law, or related fields is viewed favorably but is not required.
